Fire and Safety Consultancy is a Swedish fire and safety consultancy and we've developed a business application with both CRM, order management and invoicing modules. It helps Aptum keep track of customers, service locations, inspections, safety equipment, orders, invoices, staff and more.

Some of the key benefits and features of the system are:

  • Users can assign objects to customers and set service renewal dates (all safety equipment generally needs frequent servicing)
  • Users can easily see what clients and objects are coming up for servicing
  • Articles, time spent and travel expenses can easily be assigned to a client and invoices will automatically be generated
  • Invoices will automatically be registered in the client's accounting software

The application is developed using Zend Framework with MySQL as the data storage.
