Varshini joined as a Area Sales Executive. She successfully managed operations across multiple districts, building strong partnerships with a wide network of distributors and leading a dynamic sales team. She developed and executed effective distribution strategies that significantly increased market coverage for new products. By identifying key merchandising opportunities, she improved product visibility and supported revenue growth. Her efforts were recognized nationally when she secured first place in the Sartaj-E-Alans chips primary sales competition in late 2023.
Varshini started as a Content and Brand strategist intern were she designed engaging gamification experiences using storytelling to make skill development enjoyable for children. She developed a comprehensive brand book that defined key brand identity elements and established a clear tone for future marketing efforts, ensuring consistency. Additionally, she led market research initiatives and played a key role in shaping an operational strategy through the conceptualization of a mobile app.
