Staff use it to track work orders, time and materials, and handle invoicing and creditor payments, while managers monitor project costs, budgets and profitability through financial reports.
SafePac is an e-learning platform with video courses and tests for truck drivers transporting dangerous goods. Transport firms manage driver accounts and assign courses, while SafePac's CRM and invoicing modules support customer administration and billing. It supports multiple languages and currencies.
BeamBop is a Swedish survey company offering customer feedback tools for service businesses, including cleaning firms. Businesses send surveys via SMS or email, review responses and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues, improve service quality and strengthen customer loyalty and retention.
