Expanding our technical team both laterally and exponentially is our mantra for 2020. As a testimonial to this, LiteBreeze conducted our first-ever campus outreach program partnering with Rajagiri, Kochi.
11 talented MCA students were chosen through a strict selection process to be our guests and probable candidates for our future fresher’s recruitment stream.
On the day of the event, the responsibility of making the first impression fell on Richie, one of our recruitment marketeers. He piqued the interest of the students with a wonderful presentation and an interactive ice-breaker session.
Meenu, one of our recruiters engaged the students in a fun LiteBreeze Q&A, and clarified all their queries regarding LiteBreeze, its vision and work culture.
This was followed up with a technical session by Saji, one of our project leads, who engaged the students with tech information from a personal perspective.
Then we had the TACT (Technical Ability Coding Test), a coding test specially designed by one of our developers to challenge the young MCA graduates and assess their logic skills.
We rewarded the top three performers of the day. The prizes were presented by our director Ajith, who conducted an enlightening talk with the students.
