Ishaque

Ishaque is an integral member of the DevOps team, playing a crucial role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions. He collaborates to develop and optimise systems software, leveraging tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to enhance automation and scalability. With expertise in Terraform and CloudFormation, he ensures seamless Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation. His work focuses on streamlining deployment processes and improving system efficiency to deliver high-performance solutions for clients.

He joined as a DevOps Engineer and went on to being promoted as Tech Lead. Ishaque has provided critical support for AWS projects, working extensively with services such as ECS, CodeDeploy, RDS, RedShift, EC2, ELB, Lambda, and VPC. He has developed shell scripts to automate recurring tasks, improving operational efficiency and system reliability. His expertise in monitoring and analyzing system metrics extends to tools like CloudWatch, New Relic, Grafana, DataDog, and Zabbix, ensuring proactive system health management. With hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes, he has played a key role in containerisation and orchestration. Additionally, he has implemented CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, streamlining deployment processes and reducing errors. His work includes installing and configuring Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker for automated testing. Well-versed in infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ishaque has demonstrated a strong command of DevOps best practices. His exceptional performance and contributions were recognised when he was named "Employee of the Month."

Ishaque started as a Linux System Engineer. He has extensive experience in web hosting technical support, efficiently handling customer tickets and chats across 16 Desks for multiple clients, including a dedicated login for a specific client. He has managed user and group accounts, applied file permissions, and automated tasks using cron. His expertise includes installing software with YUM and RPM, troubleshooting system performance using tools like TOP, VMSTAT, IOSTAT, and SAR, and providing support for web servers (Apache, Nginx), DNS, FTP, and firewall administration. Additionally, he has resolved issues related to cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and RunCloud control panels, ensuring seamless hosting operations. With hands-on experience in Git for version control, Ishaque brings a strong foundation in server management, automation, and performance optimization.
